Summit Wood Products accepts returns if the item you receive is not what you ordered. Returned items must be unused, in as-new condition, and shipped in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customer must first obtain a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.
